When she was just a human child of 5 she was taken in by her new vampric father. Living in a family of vampires she soon wished to be inducted, but vampire code stated a child could not be turned. Using magic, her father turned her into a vampire, aging her body to be 22 prematurely, which may be why she acts childish at times.
A year later, the coven turned against her father, killing him. Running away, Rin was reverted back to her childish body, which was reverted back into its youthful form. It wasnt long before she was brought to the attention of the Vampric court, where she was to be exicuted. Her brother of sorts of the old coven, Mort, however wouldnt see to it. He took the fall, and allowed her excape.
She eventually came across an elder vampire a few years later that knew her father and unwillingly helped her to regain her 22 year old form.
A few years later, havoc upon her town as the army of Khrone tore it to shreds at the hands of its demon warlord Elm. Witty, and quite skilled with a blade, she was inducted into her new family among the khrone's army, moving up in its ranks, becoming quite the tallented blood alchemist. Growing in power Rins fedish for blood increased with every soul she tore apart.
Through out all this, She never did care for human blood. Only vampire and 'special' breeds would do. It seemed to have quite an effect on her growing up. She could handle sun, and most cliche vampire traits since it was her own kind she fed upon.

Special trait: Half Lycan, Half Vampire. Both sides held in check by the special binding on her swords.
Background:
Grim's parents, one Vampire, One Lycan, dispite their factions fell in love durning the old wars, and from that came Grim. A cross breed. A violent child, her father put a special seal on two nearly identical blades when she reached the age of 13, and began her training. Shortly after her 14th birthday, war broke out again, and her parents relations were made public. Both of them were assasinated, and Grim excaped to make a new life for herself. Now 23, she's a traveler. Keeping to herself proved to be quite the challenge. Those keen enough found her out, wanting her dead for her foul mixed existance. This caused her to move from town to town constantly, the bounty only increasing. Quiet, and usually sweet, Grim can turn into a violent sillent killer the moment when threatened or others are in danger. Her main skill, Is speed alone.
