Marketing Boards

Bleh, I hate to say it, but this is the truth of the situation:

You're catching a -LOT- of flack from my other site for so openly trying to market your stuff, and I in fact can name at least three who won't join because of it.

Me, I personally do not see it as a problem, but that is me, and the world doesn't have as awesome an outlook on things as I do.

Point is, it's scaring some away. If you -do- want them to come, you'll have to keep advertisement boards at a MINIMUM. In fact, I'd say only dedicate one section to it, if not making it even a subsection.

If you're like me, and dont give a hootenany, then keep it as is.

I dunno what you want, because this site, originally, i created for my local friends who were a fan of my clothing designs to interact with them together on one site. I also happen to be a huge fan or rp, and i dont want to make two separate forums. That would be annoying. No one, by any means, is obligated to suggest anything, or buy anything. Hell you know im trying to GIVE shit away.

That's what I said there too. People aren't exactly reasonable though... but bleh. I -guess- they'd want a consolidation of them all into one board. I dont know... personally, I dont really care about their complaints either. I find them unreasonable in the first place. It's simply a matter of me relaying the message. =3 I said I'd help you out and give the verdicts and stuff, so that be what I intend to do.

Yeah...i'd say to those who have a problem with Evon letting others know about her products and such, it's not a big deal. If you're not interested in things like that then focus on the other aspects of the site. There are a lot of great opportunities for rp here. If you decide you'd like to look through some of the crystalfyre products and such then by all means feel free, but if you have no intention of doing that then it's fine too. -nods-

I changed the " Summary" Section of those boards to better make my point across. I hope i wasnt offensive. Let me know if thats better for them, Kyle

Well like I said, I didn't find their complaints valid in the first place... but I'll let them know, and see how they feel.
