Demon Bark... the last breath. (DIEING!...some one do CPR!)

It was a hard debate in her mind. Grims place...was...hardly a place at all. And the other girl..Well she didnt even know this woman and apparently something was going after her. On top of that, her place would smell like..well..Her. It was likely more secure at her home anywho. During this thought process, she didnt notice Daf move closer until she felt her hand brush against her face. This seemed to freeze all thoughts as she was thrown back into the present. She swallowed sharply in her throat, looking like a deer in headlight. " I...Uh" She was as senseless as before. Daf seemed to move a little closer, but Grims eyes werent meeting hers. They were focased on Dafs shoulder. Particulary the spot that was bleeding, and was now with reach. She bit her lip, another painful cramp and wave of nausia in her stomach to the smell of her blood so close to her face.

-Grims cheeks were flush again, the knot in her stomach unbearable. It wasnt fair, temping as it was. Her lips parted faintly, so close to the blood she could taste it in the air. She started to move forward, but just before her lips touched the source, she pushed Daf back, a little forcefully. Turning quickly, Grim tired to make a break for the alleyway they had come from. Away, away away, was all she could think. That and the taste of bile kept coming up in the back of her throat. Was that woman mad? Damnit to hell. Grim didnt have a good track record to say the least, with girlfriends.

" Im Sorry Amy" She murmured to herself, feeling a cool wetness roll down her cheeks. She brought her right sleeve up - the wrong one to be wiping her face with perhaps- to try and wipe away her tear, smearing a little blood onto her cheek. She could sense Daf following her, and Grim picked up her pace. She wanted away from her, but not to much of a gap that she couldnt go back if that man was still in the area. She paused, having ran down a network of alleyways, panting lightly to herself

A tall man dressed in black made his way through the alleyways, his long trenchcoat covering his his sharp and smart outfit; loose but not baggy, soft leather pants. A black shirt that's colour had dimmed to a night-grey with washes and a leather waistcoat, holding a red tie in place at his chest. His hair was a medium length, Blonde with black at the tips and bangs that reached just past his jaw where the back reached just past his neck. His piercing, almost glowing yellow eyes looked down at his leather gloves that covered his slender hands, running a cloth down the form of a rather sinnister looking revolver, the fabric catching the blood from whatever it was he'd just killed down there. Not looking where he was going he made a turn only to bump into a girl. "Nn..!?" his stare looked up from his relover to her, his hand slowly and smoothly setting his gun to sleep in it's large, fitting holster that hung at the back of the man's belt. He didn't speak, only looked down at her.
Even in the darkness of the alleyway you could tell he wasn't ordinary, his lips hiding fangs yet his ears had a slight, soft point to them, the slight glow from his eyes letting him see her clearly as the smell of older blood hinted at his senses after bumping into her.

" Arg" Grim grumbled a bit, recovering rather sloppy. She was still slightly drunk from earlier. Straightening herself up a bit, she lifted her icy gray eyes to look into the yellow of the man who stood infront of her. Interesting. Grims hair fell back into its usual place, infront of her right eye as she watched him, her right hand at its ready point by her belt. She hadnt had time to clean herself, covered in the blood of the men killed in the park just earlier. Vampire? She thought to herself, wondering if he could smell it. Not that he needed to. Her whole damn right sleeve was drenched from gutting the damn creature. She smiled, smirked more was like it. In a fitting tone, she introducted herself jokingly " I'm Grim by the way..Nice to...Run into you"

The man looked down to her, glancing up as he sensed a second person before speaking, his hand still resting on the grip of his weapon behind him, finger lighty placed at the ready on the trigger. "Gael Sayser ['Gale'-Short for Gabriel- 'Sayzer']." he introduced himself plainly, looking to her arm covered in blood, letting his grip tighten around his firearm. "Nice to run into you too." He said, surveying her body and clothing. ".. Run into some trouble?" Despite a serious appearance, he was well spoken with a soft tone.

-She seemed to lose all interest in the man for a moment at the mention of sniper. She could handle pain...being stabbed..just not shot. God she hated being shot. She went so far as to even turn her back to their new 'friend' and stepped to the side of Daf, peering out of the alleyway. " Lets move, Go" She gave Daf a little push, making sure she was in the way of any clean shots someone would take at Daf

Gael looked around and pulled his gun from it's resting place, looking to the two before speaking again. ".. Maybe it'd be best to use the alleys. If there's a sniper, it won't have a clear shot at you in such a dark and closed space.." he said as he approached the end of the alleyway with them, peeking around the corner of the building and spying out along the high grounds in the location a sniper was most likely to be. He was one himself once upon a time. ".. Why don't one of you two run out and I'll take a shot at them as they give away their position?" He wasn't even joking.

-Grim moved back into her more aggressive protective stance since Daf was near her again. She turned her head slowly to look over at him for daring to suggest that " Yeah. She's a good shot to. Maybe you could show us how to prance about then, and she'll get the bastard, ay?" She moved back away from the corner, so the sniper couldnt get a clean shot of her or Daf

He looked to the girl who's name he didn't know, his expression not even bothering to change. "do I look like I'm kidding..?" He peeked around the corner again before looking back. "Well, we all have some pain to gain unless we work together. That's what makes me part of your little party.." he answered her with a hint of sarcasm, adjusting his leather glove tighter onto his hand with a tug at it's wrist. "Fine.. I'll draw the sniper's fire and one of you two take the shot." he looked to them both, his eyes almost seeming as if he saw through them and into their souls or something creepy like that. "Are we agreed?"

-Grim groaned a little bit as she sighed. If he was looking into her mind, her thoughts were very blunt " I wonder If I can eat him". She leaned against the wall, trying to sense where the sniper was. Just when she thought she had a general direction, she lost it. " Yeah Sure. Run out there. I think he's gone though" She added. She licked her lips a bit, as she tilted her head back against the brick of the alleyway looking to the dawning sky.Eh. She could stand the day, but it just reminded her of how tired and hungry she was. Hm...Hungry. The new person entered her thoughts, since Daf, for the moment, was off the menu.

He looked around the corner and looked as if he'd spaced out for a moment before turning back to the other two. ".. I think you'd be right.." he said, calmly holstering his weapon once more. "..." he looked to Grim. ".. Only thing you'll eat concerning me is lead." he -did- see through her, but not her mind. He looked around, the day comming fast. Although half vampire, his demon blood allowed him to walk in the daylight. "I know it's none of my business but curiosity begs me to ask.. Why are you two here and covered in blood at that..? There's obviously nothing normal about you two.."

-Grim couldnt control herself this time. Blame the drink and lack of food and sleep. She took a step out, and looked up the fire escape " You Psychotic retard" She blurted aloud to Dafs reaction. Not that she thought to much about her attention gathering yelling " How are you suppose to be sneaky, breaking into your OWN DAMN HOUSE?" The irony of that. Oh well. She sighed, shaking her head abit, before she turned her attention to the man who was left alone with her in the alleyway

Gael just stood there looking to her. He'd asked a question but he'd been 'left hanging'. After a moment he spoke again once Grim was looking to him. "... Most people use the door.." he said plainly. He moved to an old dumpster and shifted it aside, reaching behind it to pick up a long, sturdy looking case that belonged to him. He'd hidden it there since it was large and made it difficult to move in narrow places; his previous encounter in the alley and saw no sense in picking it up earlier, but things seemed to be in the clear. "... Ladies first?"

-Grim yawned a little, a faint hint of fangs still showed since the scent of blood still had her a bit riled up. She brushed her cloak open a little more, unsheathing her right blade. The thing was caked in dried blood. Her stomach turned a little, but not because it disturbed her. " Damnit" She grumbled, leaning back against the brick. She brought the flat of her blade against her pants, trying to wipe off some of the mans dried blood. She didnt have time to clean it earlier since she had to save Daf. Lovely thing to do infront of a new people..clean someones blood off your weapons...then again, He started it

"... Or not." Having been left hanging again he set down his case, and opened it toward him, pulling out blade, yet it was also a firearm, the revolver part of the weapon was similar to his regular revolver. He let the weapon rest in it's place with his other gun. After getting out what he'd wanted, he closed the case and left what other items were in there. The blade wasn't quite as long as the case, suggesting room for more. He looked to her blade and if it wasn't clear enough already, they'd obviously been involved in something and since they'd ran into him, whatever it was he was involved in too.

His eyes scanned the open streets of new york and saw that three other beings as far as he could tell were holding a conversation, without a moments hesistation, he positioned his R700 on the side of the building and looked threw the scope to see who or what they were. HIs eyebrows arched after what he saw. He saw that one was wearing a trench coat and the other was down on the ground, from the was she was moving and talking. Ryan could tell that this one was drunk and the other had stumbled up on her by accident, his hand went up and tuned to an open frequency and then spoke. "To who ever is down on the side of the street I have you in my sights."He said and then looked back in the scope and readjusted his aim and went back to speaking while he was looking down the scope." My name is Ryan and i'm a former Marine First force recon and I could drop both of you without a second thought."He said with a smirk and then noticed another not far from the pair, but he looked at her and then back to the man and drunk woman."But i'm trying to be nice and survive this hell hole that we now call home. All I know is that it's hot and my back is starting to burn. Oh and before you ask i'm not human at all. I'm one of those so called tree huggers, humans use to make fun of in movies and such."He said and then looked back down to the road to see if there was any more beings coming. " I'm now due west of your current position, on roof of the three story building and i'm really lonely."He said and smirked at that last comment.
