Demon Bark... the last breath. (DIEING!...some one do CPR!)

-Whether drunk or half dead, Grims roots were always combat. The sound of the gun being cocked clicked in her brain, sobering her up to a point, pulling on her internal instincts. She stumbled a half step as she turned towards the origin of the sound - both of her blades naked in her hands.

She was by her side before anyone could blink she pressed her eyebrow's to gather at how quickly she had pulled her blades. Growling low in her thought her eyes glittered as she stared down the men, who where now thinking twice about what they where ordered to do.
"dude, he didn't say anything about a Lycan..." one of the younger men stammered looking between them.
"shut up" the one with the hand gun snapped, his hand shaking as he pointed the gun.
Her eyes narrowed

-Grim narrowed her eyes into slits. Fighting was a good way to sober her up. Now that the other girl was close to her, she had even more motivation to attack. Those men might fire at Grim and hit her on accident. Grim took a step forward, which was putting it lightly. She moved like a shadow, a single quick step and she was right infront of them before they could blink. Grim pulled her right arm back, moving to thrust her blade towards the mans chest in that instant. If the man thought to shoot, from the angle Grim was moving, it would hit her shoulder if he could act fast enough

He gasped, the other two men jumping back.
She was shocked at how quickly the girl moved, finely some one who could keep up.
A gun fired and it took her a moment to realize that it wasn't the main guy.. it had come from a different direction. She didn't realize she had even been hit until she felt her head swim and she drooped to her knee's. Retching up she puled out the small trank from her right shoulder and shattered it in her hand, before everything went black and she fell to the pavement.

-Grim was half stunned for a moment, her hand against the mans chest, blade thrusted deep into his torso. She could feel the warmth of the blood that ran down her arm from being hilt deep in his midsection. If he didnt shoot...what the? She could smelled the other girls blood in air. Shit. She growled darkly, yanking her sword violently to the side, cutting the man in half, the blade exiting the first man, only to penitrate the second in a single slice. Panting lightly, she dropped her right blade as the men fell, and turned to kneel down by the girl whos name she still couldnt recall. Her head swam inside from the liquor, blood, and adrenline that filled her senses. Her eyes slowly rose from Dafs body to look in the direction the shot came from, a growl in her throat as she was leaned over Daf untill she could determin where it came from.

"we got her" he breathed into the mouth peace. He was a few miles away from there location but the last thing he needed was for the blade wielding lunatic to find his place and depose of him like she did the pawns. Men like that where a dime a dozen and would anger the boss in no way if a few hundred of them where killed off. It would, however, piss him off if the lycan wasn't taken care of properly. She had no idea what she held in her DNA, what could be done with the a full blooded blood. As for the half bread, there was a hefty mark on her head that he himself wouldn't mind cashing in.
Smirking to himself he packed up his gun, braking it into varying stages of dismantling before pulling on his dark leather jacket. He slipped a pair of dark shades over his Bright green eyes and headed out the the "sniper's hole", a converted apartment that was actually a few building's down form his target's. Smiling to himself he shoved his hand's into his coat and headed down the walk, the night air making his long blond hair scatter around his face. For now he had marked her... in a few day's time he would snap on the tracker and get what he wanted, if the half bread came with her...so be it.

-Grim growled again. Even with her excellent vision she could see nothing. She sheathed her other blade and leaned down, carefully scooping up Daf in her left arm so she wouldnt be further bloodied by her right arm. She held her up so that her head would fall on her shoulder. " Damnit" She cursed, looking around her before taking another quick jolt forward. Grim was fast, that was true enough. Perhaps not as fast as she could be carrying the Girl. She darted down a near by alleyway like a shadow, her right arm moving to catch the metal of a hanging down fire excape. She pushed Daf over her shoulders a little more, so she could free her hand, as she quickly climbed up the metal ladder to the roof of the building. Holding daf once more with her left hand, she made a run for the edge of the building, and jumped onto the next, where she paused by a little wooden shak that was homebuilt on the roof of the building. She nudged daf with the side of her cheek. " You awake?"

she grunted and wrinkled her face.. "barley" she breath opening her eyes and blinking up at him.."what.. what happen?" she asked once her eyes had focused she looked around and jerked into a siting possession slamming her head in to Grim's "ouch.."

-Grim used her free hand to pull open the patchwork wooden door. A single oil lamp was lit in the little room. A black cot was rolled out on the rugged floor, and a few crates, one which the light sat on, were on the right opposite the bed roll. She carefully laid Daf down on the bed, and moved to sit on one of the crates on the other side. Her hands were deep in her pockets, clenched as if she was holding herself back a bit. Her eyes were cast to the side, towards the flickering of the fire in the lamp

she stared at the woman for a moment before filling the pain in her arm. Shrugging off her jacket she looked at her shoulder. The fabric of the white lace dress looked pale and made the dark mussels of her arm's look fragile. A bruise had formed from there the trank. "damn it" she cussed running her finger's over the raised skin before looking up to the girl. "thank you..." she said. "i would have been fucked if the Congregation had got me." she said with a smirk. Her accent thick.

" Is the bullet still in your arm? What did they shoot you with?" Grims silvery eyes turned away from the fire as she stood up,and took a step forward before kneeling down in front of her once more, looking at her shoulder. She was glad it was just the shoulder, and no where more serious. Grims hand brushed across her right hilt, but froze, feeling her blade missing. Thats right, she had dropped it back at the scene to pick up Daf. Damnit. Her eyes glanced to the doorway, feeling eager and unnerved without it

his foot step's clicked and echoed as he moved down the street stopping at the place there the mens bodies still laid. Tilting his head he moved forward. He squatted down running his finger's over the shattered glass before picking up the discarded blade. Smiling he ran a finger over the edge, creating bead's of blood. Smiling he licked off the blood, his eyes going black under the dark shades.

She shook her head. "not a bullet, a trank" she said pressing her eyebrow's at he sudden change in attitude. "is everything ok?" she asked her eyes going dark behind the sides. The wonderful thing about being a lycan was most toxins and alcohol burned up in her body fairly fast.

-Grim clenched her fist more. Her hands, usually in her pockets, were now more visible in the dim lamp light. Normal as they were, it was the nails that seemed strange. They were more like claws. Those claws were starting to cut into her palm the more she clenched her fist. Standing, her cloak swayed behind her slender form as she rose and took a step to her door. She looked over her shoulder at Daf, and nodded, painfully. " I'm fine. Rest here. I'll be right back. Okay?" She unclenged her hand, moving it to open the door

"no" she snapped moving between her and the door. "i'm not going to let you go back out there, that could still be out there. And you of all people wouldn't want someone to take in that bounty... Grim" Her eyes glittered below the shades, as she glared down at her.

-She stumbled back a step, still feeling the effects of the drink and was surprised at how quickly she moved for someone who was injured. She lightly grasped Dafs uninjured shoulder and lightly pushed her towards the bed. " You dont understand. I have..To have both of these. I'll be fast. I cant, I have to." She seemed rather unstable at the moment, and unnerved to say the least.

she had her hand around her neck and slammed agents the wall faster then was normal. "i DO understand.. You're the one who cant seem to wrap your mind around the idea that there is shit out there that wont hesitate to kill you, half bread or not." she snarled flashing fang's.

-Grims eyes narrowed coldly as she looked to the woman in front of her as she had her pushed against the wall. Grim let her hand fall from the womans shoulder, only to re clench it at her side, this time drawing blood as she made a fist. Grim shut her eyes, tilting her head back in a bit of pain, taking in a sharp breath. In that instant, there was a hint of her fangs. " Its you...Or me" She spoke in a pained tone. Grim had to be with both blades at all times. They had a special binding on them they held her power in check. The other blade, Her Red moon sword, held in her vampric tendencies, which she was starting to lose control of. At least her Silver moon blade was at her side still. Both of those missing would unleash hell.

She snarled watching her eyes before she let her go. She cussed something in another languages before jerking the door open. "fine.. " she growled un-clipping her gun from the hustler at her thigh before motioning for her to move. She wasn't got to let this one out of her sight... speshily if there was a hunter on the loose.

-Grim sighed, biting her lip a bit. Good, This girls scent, particularly with fresh blood in the air, was driving her insane. She stepped outside the door, but looked over her shoulder, and frowned to see the other wanted to follow her. " Damnit, Can you just stay the hell here? I don't want you getting yourself shot again." Her tone was almost a growl. Away..From..This..damned girl. The scent was making her bit her lip more. She stepped more out into the night air, and neared the edge of the building, peering down below with her keen sight

She watched her near the edge snarling softly. She moved standing next to her. "i am usually not one to stand beside and let others get hurt.... even if they are half breed." she snarled before stepping off the ledge and speeding to the street below, landing on the pavement with a soft thud. Looking up she smiled pulling her hair back into a pony tail weighting for Grim.

" dont call me a fucking half breed" She cursed under her breath, jumping down behind Daf with out a sound, letting her feet hit the ground as she bent her knees to cushion the fall. She stepped ahead of Daf, wanting to get this over with before she lost it. She could feel herself getting more iritated and relentles the more time passed. She displayed the same speed she did earlier, rounding the corner with no more then a sway of her coat,following her form like a liquid shadow. She paused once she hit the treeline of the Park, looking to where the bodies she left were.

There laying across the bodies was her blade with a single red rose tied to the hilt with black silk ribbon. Dafany moved behind her arching an eyebrow over the glasses.. "seam's you have and admirer" she said with venom in her world. Shaking her head she brushed past her bending down the check the bodies pocket's grumbling under her breath.

-Grim seemed rather..intrigued more then angry now as she looked to the rose. She slowly knelt to pick up the sword, admiring the rose for a second, and looking over the blade to make sure a note didnt follow. She felt a chilly calm come over her, her desire to feed dimming, but only slightly. The urge was still there with Daf near by, and Grim originally came to this park to hunt. It had been a couple of weeks. Taking a slow breath, she reshethed the blade in it propper position.

She had flipped thought the first man's wallet and had moved to the other squatting low. She puled out a business card and smile. "well you killed two of the congregation... that's to more people off the street." she said pocketing his money as well and turning to face grim, the emotion that was spreed across her face fell. "you fighting the urge to feed... arnt' you?" she asked softly, not bothering to hide the note of fear in the voice.

-Grim didnt let her eyes meet Dafs, instead she seemed to look around a bit. She twirled the stem of the rose in her fingers in thought, as she wondered where the man was. Ignoring Dafs question, she took a step forward. She seemed a bit calmed now, having her other blade. " We should get you home" It was bad enough Grim's bed now smelled like that girl, and might even have her blood on it. Speaking of blood. Grim lowered her eyes to her right arm,the one that nearly went through the mans chest along with her sword. Her sleeve was still damp with the mans rich liquid, but for the most part, up to Grims shoulder her arm was smeered in dried blood. A wave a nausia hit her, making her step to the side a bit, as if either still drunk, or sick from the urge
